The Comparitive Anatomy of Eating

http://www.earthsave.ca/articles/health/comparative.html

The Comparitive Anatomy of eating by Milton R. Mills, M.D clearly shows that the human body was made to consume only plant-based foods. Here, the gastrointestinal tract of humans is compared to that of carnivores, omnivores and herbivores, & if you see the summary below, all the features of the human matches that of a herbivore. :) clearly showing that meat is not meant for us (humans).

Is it really worth it all? No, no, no.

Is that harmful, so poisonous piece of meat worth the suffering of millions of people? Is it worth the death of people dying from hunger or disasters? No, of course not. Especially when it harms you, and there are so many alternatives around.

Please wake up, now. Don't harm yourself anymore. Meat is not worth the waste of money and resources, it is hundred and ten percent not worth it. But a vegan diet is worth it. It benefits you immensely, just try. Just three times a day, 7 times a week. Free of diseases and scary flu.

No longer a personal choice.

Yes, now being vegan is no longer an individual choice. Our planet is really in trouble, and time is running out. We have to act now and fast, if we don't change the planet might go down the drain. And that'll really be a waste, when we are now so 'advanced'.

Changing is very simple, so many veg alternatives are out there, and are so delicious. They are even better tasting than the real rotting corpse even! Please be veg today, no other choice. Being vegan is the only way to save the world.

Out in the news -- Be Veg, Go Green, to Save the Planet

Ever wondered why "Be Veg" always came first, before "Go Green", because being veg is the most important!

If you look at 1st December's newspaper (Tuesday), The Straits Times, page A23 (2nd last page), there's a whole article on "Eat less meat for the green cause" :) Featuring Dr. Pachauri who has been advocating a vegan diet. People are beginning to know that meat is truly poison!

Hopefully more news will be out that show how harmful meat is!

Avoid meat and protect your health

It was found that AIDS came from eating the monkeys :X

So be very careful because the H1N1 vaccine (some) has monkey's kidney added. Nothing can be more safe and clean than the vegan diet. No fear, no worries, no harms. :)

Clearly expressed -- going Vegan is the only way to halt climate change

There has been a website set up, en.cop15.dk/thoughts, where the public can express and post their thoughts, and others can support it. Recently however, the top two posts about veganism has someone been gone, but just for info, the top post, with the title be Vegan > save the WOLRD, has had 400000 +++ supporters!

Even after the disappearance of the two published thoughts on veganism, there are still many coming in, that are definately more than 15. If you look under the "top 10" thoughts, now, the top 7 are all about veganism! :) hooray!!

it's good to know that people around the world are aware of the benefits of veganism, hopefully one day, there number of supporters supporting that vote would be 6 million people. there is hope :)

Let us all progress towards a vegan world of peace and joy.

Nature's foods

Interesting facts about some veggies and their nutrition:

Carrots: when you cut them into halves or slices, it appears to be the shape of an eye; and is good for the eye :)

Walnut: the outer of the walnut has lots of 'wrinkles' and resembles the brain, and has certain nutrients good for the brain

Celery: the white, strong and brittle stem looks a lot like the human bone, it has 21% calcium, like the human bone (also 21% calcium), and is good for the development of our bones

Kidney beans: looks like a kidney and has the word kidney in it's name, good for kidneys

Avocado: when half of the outer shell is taken off, with the huge seed left, it looks like a pregnant woman. avocadoes help to develop the fetus and many more. this plant takes 9 months to bear fruit, like the fetus

Tomato: cut it into halves and you get a heart shape, with 4 chambers :) has been found to have nutrients good for the heart too.

Nature is giving us hints about the food and their benefits from the whole range of veggies :) & these are just a few,
